Cardiff West District was established on 1st January 2017. It currently supports 9 Scout Groups, 2 Explorer Units, a Young Leaders Unit and a Network.

We have groups based in Cregiau, Radyr, Ely, Pentrebane, Grangetown, Pontcanna, Llandaff and Butetown.
Our Explorers meet in Cregiau and Pontcanna.
Our District supports over 660 members.
An explorer, adventurer and TV presenter, Dwayne's been seen in BAFTA nominated Channel 5 series Race to the Pole, on BBC Springwatch, Countryfile, National Geographic and Disney+.
